   Scored this adorable Susan Branch recipe binder

   Love the stickers and index cards

    This is a cute resin rolling pin wall hanging.

 Just couldn't pass it up

    Love my cookbooks

 

And to quench my shabby chic side, I found this pretty silver pitcher, a cute little rose vase and a Laura Ashley canister

 

  Lastly I found this vintage refrigerator meat drawer. Its perfect to hold lunchmeats and cheese in my modern refrigerator

4th Of July

 

I had a few days off this past week so I got out my 4th of July bin and started a little decorating.

  We are staying home for the 4th. Barbeque with friends at our house cuz we can see the fireworks at the Fairgrounds from our backyard......so cool!

Thrift Store Finds

 

 

 

I hit the shabby chic jackpot over the weekend 

$1.99 Rachel Aswell....oh yes!!!

The long floral box is drawer liner, unopened and brand new.

Pretty green floral box for my papercrafting supplies and 2 gorgeous sugar bowls.....

I mean who gives that kind of stuff away?

I love this little guest towel holder, I think I will spray paint it a pretty light pink and use it on my vanity to hold my eye shadow pallets

I paid $8.00 for this beauty, I thought it was worth it

Well that is all, I need to get back to laundry and supper for my family

June is a beautiful month, our Anniversary is June 25th.

The (many) Blessings Of Motherhood

 

 

I am blessed to be the mother of 2, a boy and a girl who make my days sweet,  put a smile in my heart and a joy in my soul that is indescribable.

 

They lavished me with gifts today

 

 

 

 

 

      Heart warming cards

 My daughter gave me the Le Creuset carafe for my orange juice, My son gave me a Charming Charlie's gift card.......they both know me so well

 

These 2 are the reason I smile

 

 

   A daughter is a gift from God

 I am blessed to be her friend and Mother

 My son has a sentimental side too

 

 

 My husband always selects such meaningful cards

 My thoughtful and talented sweetheart surprised me with this for Mother's Day! I had mentioned to him that I wanted a Potting Shed and he built this on the side of my "she-shed". I was speechless, he even went to Walmart and bought me some gardening gloves, flower pots and those adorable wire baskets. He knocked it out of the park with this project and best of all.......it was a surprise!

 

 

 

 Everyday is Mother's Day when you are blessed with a loving family....take time to tell them everyday how much they mean to you.
