Well I finally got all of my Christmas décor up and thought you would enjoy a little tour.....
Here is my antique buffet all decked out in red and green.
I waited until the Christmas stuff went on sale at Target and then I grabbed this ornament wreath. I just love it.
Tucking red and green here and there.
This is in my kitchen, I found the gingerbread cuties last year at the Goodwill.
As I was setting all of my precious decorations out I realized that most everything I have and hold close to my heart is the stuff I pick up at the thrift store. Just seems like I find vintage items that hold such an appeal, like they tell a story about Christmas past for someone I don't know but they hold a special place in my home and bring me such joy.
I tucked a few items on my yellow shelf in my kitchen....this is my favorite shelf
This is a little table I have set up next to the fireplace
This red sleigh was hiding on a shelf at the Goodwill, I grabbed it so fast!
This is the green shelf hanging in my entryway.
This little gal is ready to go sledding.
I think vintage Lefton pieces are so adorable.
Some little ornaments I paired together
This is the other wall in my entryway
Mr. & Mrs. Claus under a cloche.....say that 10 times real fast.
I purchased this tree from my good friend Deb a few years back. Go and visit her blog, she is a beautiful lady and treasured friend. It is one of my favorite Christmas pieces.
I found this Santa head the other day at the Salvation Army. Its a bank. I think its old, maybe an antique but most of all I THINK IT'S CUTE......that's what I always make my decision to buy something on. Ha Ha.
I set up a little tree in our television room.
Just put a few things on it
Santa and his reindeer...........
I saw this little Poinsettia tree at the thrift shop the other day and grabbed it. $1.99 thank you very much.
Our house isn't perfect and I'm not an interior designer but I love The Lord, I love my family and I love this house we call HOME.........
Thanks for visiting.
