Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal.
I would like to say thank you to all of my precious blog friends for leaving such beautiful comments for me and my sister, I have shared each of them with her and although we have never met any of you, the words you conveyed touched both of our hearts beyond measure. It is such a blessing to feel such warmth and love from friends both near and far. I am back at work now and trying to help her tie up the loose ends as we plan a celebration of his life at the end of this month. We feel that celebrating his passing is so much more uplifting than a funeral. It is a personal decision and I don't mean to step on anyone's toes, we just find that celebrating his life and how he touched ours is the easiest way to say goodbye......
On a lighter note, I look forward to sharing some of my latest projects with you this weekend. I have had to put them on the back burner but found some time to squeeze in a spray painting session. Will share later....lot's of love to you all.....

Saying "we don't mourn like those who have no hope", is much easier than doing it...but you are! :)

Still praying for your family as you deal with this tremendous loss. I agree; a celebration of life is a wonderful idea.
Looking forward to seeing your projects :)
So sorry to hear about your brother in law... I hope your sister and your family are doing well. Give her our love!
I agree with you 100%...I've only been to a couple funerals in my life because I don't want my last memory of the person to be depressing.
Keeping you and your family in my prayers! Breathe! Hugs Diana Lyn
I'm with you on the celebration of live.
There is a verse in the Bible that says "Weep at birth and rejoice at death".
While we do miss our loved ones dearly when they are gone God is up in Heaven so happy and pleased that his child is back at Home.
One day you will all be together again and it will be a family reunion like no family reunion here on Earth.
God bless you and your family.
Hugs,
Joanne
Oh Debbie Kay, I just heard. Please accept my sincere condolences to you and your sister. I will lift you all up in prayer.
Hugs,

Hi Debbie. I hope all is better for all of you. Time heals. It really does.
When you have a chance you may want to stop my blog. I'm giving away a mosaic photo frame.

I am so very sorry to hear about your sister's husband. I can not begin to imagine the toll this taking on all of you.
My thoughts and prayers are with you as you grieve and comfort one another.
