Well now that things are getting back to normal in my home, I found some time to sneak away and finish a couple of frames I picked up recently. This uniquely shaped frame was found in the clearance isle at Marshall's and I was happy to give it a nice coat of white paint to bring it back to life.....
Found a cute little piece of fabric to totally "shabby chic" it out.....
Remeber this sweet frame I bought at La Maison Rustique? Well I used the same fabric to make it my own and it compliments the Marshall's frame on my mantle very nicely.....
Such a little project but it put a big smile on my face......

I love your projects. I just love transforming furniture and picture frames! I found some stuff at my favorite thrift shop on Saturday so I need to spend an afternoon painting too!

Okay, you better stop painting long enough to see the award I sent you on my blog!

Hello Debra, love your frames, it is so fun to have projects your home is so beautiful! Glad life is moving forward for you, it is a long road, but a journey! Stop and smell the roses, I try to do this everyday! Now if mine would just bloom , they have buds, but it is so cold out they don't want to come out and play! LOL, Take care, Diana Lyn
They are so pretty! I saw that same frame at my Marshalls and didn't pick it up to take home. I now wish I did. I love it in the white and putting a pretty piece of material in there is perfect. I never thought of doing that.
Your mantle is beautiful.
Hugs,
Joanne
I love that frame...the big one (they're both darling). I guess I'll be off to Marshall's to find a frame like that to frame a lovely CQ square someone gave me. Thanks for the idea!
Your framed turned out so nice! You make me think I should give new life to a few things kicking around here too!
